Sessions and Fees

I can offer online and telephone counselling sessions starting at £40 per 50 minute session. Fees are payable 24 hours in advance of the session.

The sessions can be arranged for a day and time that works for both of us and we can agree on the frequency together, with sessions typically starting on a weekly basis. The duration of therapy is flexible, as I can offer both short- and long-term counselling depending on your individual needs, and we’ll regularly review progress so you can decide when you feel ready to end the sessions.

To ensure a safe and confidential space for our sessions, please choose a private environment where you can explore your thoughts freely. You may wish to consider using headphones for added privacy.

If we encounter unexpected internet issues during online sessions, we can either continue over the phone or reschedule, depending on your preference.

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without exceptional circumstances, full payment will be due.

If I am unable to attend a session due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, I will give you as much notice as possible and offer the opportunity to reschedule.  I will provide advance notice of any planned holidays.

Sessions are expected to start at the agreed time and late arrivals cannot extend beyond the scheduled finish.
