About me

Hi, my name is Audrey and I am a qualified and experienced pluralistic counsellor and psychotherapist.

My journey into counselling began while working in further and higher education. What started as a teaching career gradually evolved into providing emotional support and promoting student well-being.

My personal development started with a COSCA Counselling Skills course.  This sparked a deeper interest in supporting others and I continued to expand my knowledge through training in Mental Health First Aid, Suicide Prevention, and Autism which finally led to a Diploma in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I will work alongside you to understand what matters most in your life. Together, we will explore your values, beliefs, and the changes you wish to make, setting achievable goals to enhance your well-being. As the expert in your own life, your insights and feedback will shape our approach. I bring my commitment, knowledge, and experience to support you in this journey. Most importantly, I provide a safe, confidential space where you are truly heard and free from judgment so you can explore your thoughts and feelings with ease.

I offer both short- and long-term counselling, tailored to each client’s unique needs. I have experience supporting individuals facing a variety of challenges, including:

  • Abuse
  • ADHD
  • Anger Management
  • Anxiety
  • Attachment Disorder
  • Autism

  • Bipolar Disorder
  • Bullying
  • Depression
  • Disabilities
  • Eating Disorders
  • LGBTQIA+ concerns
  • Neurodiversity
  • Panic Attacks
  • Relationship Problems
